Learning a business from various roles, from sales to product at Amazon, has helped me understand how the overall organization works and has trained me in effective communication towards all my stakeholders - from engineers to C-suite customers. I have written strategic business review documents for leadership and worked with developers to translate technical needs to non-technical audiences. In the process, I have become an avid storyteller. 

I have simultaneously learned from my non-tech work to understand the processes of the public sector, humanitarian work and creative industries. Both my current role at Amazon, focused on serving global government customers, and my educational background (MS) in Negotiation & Conflict Resolution has made me a better leader - through identifying needs of the people, understanding complex problems and building sustainable systems.
